Procedure for arranging a visit

1. Advise a member of the dates to visit.
2. Only a member can make a reservation.
3. The reservation will not be confirmed until ten (10) days prior to the first day of the reservation period, as members’ reservations take priority through that day. Upon availability, ten (10) days prior to the scheduled weekend (9 PM Tuesday) the reservation will be confirmed.
4. After the reservation is confirmed the guest will be responsible for the weekend fee, payable at the Lodge to the weekend coordinator and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
5. Members are responsible for their guests, including all guest fees.

Guest Reservations

A guest must be sponsored by a member who will be present at the lodge during the same period the guest will be visiting the lodge. Please refer to Rates for all applicable fees and cancellation policy.
