WINTER RATES – 2022/2023 Season
Winter rates apply beginning the day after Thanksgiving through April 15th (during the months of December and April no Saturday night dinner will be provided therefore, Winter Weekday rates will be in effect at that time).

Holidays
For Holiday weekdays (December 27, 28, 29, 30, 2022) and the Sundays of MLK and President’s weekend (January 15, 2023 and February 19, 2023) when dinner is served there will be an additional charge of $5 per adult and $5 per child for both members and guests added to the Winter Weekday rate.

CANCELLATION FEES
A cancellation fee will be assessed for each confirmed person cancelled.
WINTER SEASON NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
FOR MEMBERS & GUESTS:
For any and all cancellations made Monday through Thursday for the upcoming weekend there is a fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child (ages 6 – 18). Any no-shows and cancellations made after Thursday will be required to PAY THE FULL MEMBER RATE, REGARDLESS OF REASON.
FOR GUESTS:
Any and all cancellations made 9 days or less prior to the reserved weekend there is a fee of $10 per adult and $5 per child (ages 6 – 18). Any no-shows and cancellations made after Thursday before the weekend will be required to PAY THE FULL MEMBER RATE, REGARDLESS OF REASON.
WINTER HOLIDAYS
FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS:
Cancel 10 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL MEMBER RATE. If you cancel 11 days or more before your HOLIDAY reservation, there is NO FEE DUE. THE HOLIDAY PERIODS ARE DEFINED AS FOLLOWS:
- December Holiday Period (Dec 26-31, 2022)
- Martin Luther King Day Weekend (Jan 13, 14, 15, 2023)
- Presidents’ Day Weekend (Feb 17, 18, 19, 2023)
- Race Weekend (March 17, 18, 2022)
