Arranging a Visit

Please note that before a reservation is confirmed all members and guest 12 and over, must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.  Guest 11 and under need to provide proof of a negative COVID test not more than 72 hours prior to their arrival at the Lodge.

Procedure for member reservations:

  1. Provide proof of vaccination to Jenn Freeda by emailing her a picture of the vaccination card for each person you for whom you are making a reservation.  Send it to jennfreeda@gmail.com. You only need to do this once during the season. Jenn will note that you have provided proof and will then delete your email, we will not keep a copy of your information.
  2. Go to the Lodge Reservations Page.
  3. Click on the Reservation Form corresponding to the month you want accommodations.
  4. Fill out the Lodge Reservations Form.
  5. The Monthly Coordinator will process your request and send you a confirmation.
  6. After receiving your confirmation, view the Reservation Log on the Lodge Reservations Page to make sure your information is complete and accurate.

Procedure for guest reservations:

  1. Only a RHSC member may make a reservation for a guest. You do this using the procedures above.
  2. RHSC member must register all guests, (you only need to do this once each year their information is then saved in our database), click here to complete the Guest Registration Form
  3. Subject to availability, a guest reservation will be confirmed 21 days prior to the date of reservation.
  4. After the reservation is confirmed the sponsoring member/guest will be responsible for the weekend fee and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
  5. The sponsoring member must be present at the lodge during the same period the guest will be visiting the lodge.
