Arranging a Visit
Procedure for member reservations:
- Go to the Lodge Reservations Page
- Click on the Reservation Form corresponding to the month you want accommodations.
- Fill out the Lodge Reservations Form.
- The Monthly Coordinator will process your request and send you a confirmation.
- After receiving your confirmation, view the Reservation Log on the Lodge Reservations Page to make sure your information is complete and accurate.
Procedure for guest reservations:
- Only a RHSC member may make a reservation for a guest. You do this using the procedures above.
- RHSC member must register all guests, (you only need to do this once their information is then saved in our database), click here to complete the Guest Registration Form
- Subject to availability, a guest reservation will be confirmed 21 days prior to the date of reservation.
- After the reservation is confirmed the sponsoring member/guest will be responsible for the weekend fee and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
- The sponsoring member must be present at the lodge during the same period the guest will be visiting the lodge.
